Originally from Annapolis Royal, Nova Scotia, this jazz vocalist, singer-songwriter, dancer, actress, and world class entertainer is thrilled to be back at King’s Theatre. Miss Aurora Scott dazzles crowds with her sultry vocals, natural elegance, and sophisticated sense of style on cruise ships, at jazz festivals and in luxury hotels across Canada, Australia and in Hong Kong.

With Halifax producer, Jamie Robinson, as her key collaborator, she is currently creating a collection of music intended for the stage and studio. Aurora will soon star in Presenting Miss Peggy Lee; a show written by award-winning Canadian playwright, Pamela “Cat” Delaney.

On July 16th , Miss Scott will return to the Halifax Jazz Festival stage and will be accompanied by her talented accompanist, multi-instrumentalist Peter Davison. This free show promises to be full of playful banter, original and classic jazz, blues, and other bright sounds.
